Wes,Are you sure the ties are not recycled plastic milk jugs made into ties, it seems concrete would not flex as a train passes over it. Just wondering.mike
I didn't get a close look at them (my car was parked in the middle of the tracks). They could have been recycled plastic or nylon, I guess...
